SIXTH FORM OPEN EVENING FOR ADMISSION IN SEPTEMBER 2026

Thursday 20th November 2025, 6:00pm to 8:00pm

Staff and students will be available throughout the evening to discuss the subjects which we offer.

Details of the arrangements for the evening: 

• The evening will run from 5:45pm to 8:00pm
• Entrance to the school site will be from the Delaware Road entrance, adjacent to the Shoeburyness Youth Centre, Library and Sports Centre. No parking is available on the school site - please arrive on foot if at all possible. 
• Presentations about the applications process will be held at 18:30 and 19:30. These will last for 15 minutes and outline the key information needed before making an application.
• Sixth Form staff will be available to discuss entry requirements for the Sixth Form and to answer any questions you may have about studying in the Sixth Form.
• Subject staff and students will be available to discuss the courses in detail.
• We will also have more than 20 Universities and more than 20 employers/apprenticeship providers and careers advisers with us to share information about options beyond the SIxth Form. Students from Year 9, 10, 11, 12 & 13 are welcome to attend for this.
• A representative from a university will give talks about university study (6:00pm and 7:00pm) and student finance (6:30pm and 7:30pm).
